The Puerto Rico Electoral Law and the regulations approved by virtue thereof shall be deemed supplementary to this chapter. Said provisions shall apply to the procedures related to presidential elections in Puerto Rico, provided they are compatible with the purposes and provisions of this chapter and for which a different procedure has not been provided.
