Every presidential elector and his/her alternates shall give an oath or a sworn statement before the Chairperson of the Commonwealth Elections Commission, stating that they shall vote for the candidates of the national party or the person whom they represent, and that it shall be their obligation and responsibility to vote accordingly when the Electoral College is convened.
