The Elections Commission shall deliver two (2) copies of the electoral lists to be used on the day of the election, to the electoral representative of the presidential candidate of each national political party, sixty (60) days before the date the election is to be held. Voters who register during the one hundred and twenty (120) days preceding the close of the voters registry shall be included on a separate list.
