A referendum shall be held on July 10, 2005, in which a proposal shall be submitted for the People of Puerto Rico to vote in order to express their preference with respect to the use of either the Bicameral or the Unicameral System in the Legislature of Puerto Rico. The Commonwealth Elections Commission shall announce the Referendum by means of a proclamation to be published not less than sixty (60) days in advance of the Referendum in four (4) newspapers of general circulation in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
