If the Commonwealth Elections Commission certifies that the returns of the referendum favored the Unicameral System in the Legislature of Puerto Rico, a special referendum shall be held on July 9, 2007, to accept or reject the constitutional amendment proposals approved by the Legislature by means of a Concurrent Resolution to establish the Unicameral System in the Legislative Branch as of January 2, 2009.
