The President of the State Election Commission shall send a certification of the results of the Referendum to the Governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and to the Secretary of State not later than forty-eight (48) hours after the end of general canvassing. History —Jan. 9, 2012, No. 12, § 10.
