No fees whatsoever, pursuant to the Notarial Act of 1987, shall be charged on election-related matters transacted in courts of law. No legal aid stamps shall be canceled in the case of sworn statements given on election-related matters, and Court Clerks shall issue, free of any charge, the certifications of the entries in the books under their custody, as well as of the resolutions and judgments issued by said courts of law on election-related matters of any kind.\nHistory —June 1, 2011, No. 78, § 4.004.
