A voter is any qualified person who has complied with all the registration requirements of the General Voter Registry. Every voter who exercises his/her right to vote shall do so in the precinct where he/she is registered. If a voter votes in a precinct other than the one where he/she is registered, only the vote cast for the offices of Governor and Resident Commissioner shall be adjudicated during the general canvass.\nHistory\n—June 1, 2011, No. 78, § 6.002; Nov. 21, 2011, No. 230, § 12.
