The Commission shall supply to the political parties sufficient number of special forms so that voters may be registered in their Registries of Affiliated Voters. Said forms shall be designed and printed by the Commission and shall consist of an original and a copy. The original shall be retained by the body or official that the central governing body of each party designates to be in charge of the preparation of the registry.
