Any political party that wishes to change its name or insignia may do so by certification of its central governing body filed with the Commission, and such party shall not, thereby, lose the rights and privileges granted thereto by this subtitle, or acquired while using the former name or insignia.\nHistory —June 1, 2011, No. 78, § 7.013.
