The grounds to invalidate an endorsement petition for primaries shall be the following:\n(a) The petitioner is not a voter who is affiliated with the aspirant’s party; or\n(b) the petitioner is not a voter of the precinct or precincts that cover the candidacy; or\n(c) some of the fields or requirements of the petition are incomplete; or\n(d) the petitioner has already exercised and exhausted his/her petitioning right for that same elective public office; or\n(e) the petitioner’s record has been excluded from the General Voter Registry, or\n(f) the endorsements were not filed within the term established by this subtitle.\nHistory —June 1, 2011, No. 78, § 8.016.
