A general election shall be held every four (4) years on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November. Likewise, all elections which are in order pursuant to this subtitle shall be held on the dates they are called, as provided hereinbelow.\nHistory —June 1, 2011, No. 78, § 9.001.
