In each precinct, polling center, or electoral unit, as established by the Commission, a special polling place shall be set up for voters who do not appear in the voter lists but demand their right to vote. The Commission shall establish, through regulation, the requirements and procedures of this special polling place where voters claim that they do not appear in the voting lists corresponding to their polling center due to administrative errors attributable to the Commission.\nHistory —June 1, 2011, No. 78, § 9.015.
