Every regular Polling Place Board inspector shall be entitled to voice and vote in the procedures of the Polling Place Board.\nThe Commission shall provide, through regulations, the assignment of the duties to be carried out by each of the regular polling place inspectors.\nSubstitute inspectors and clerks may perform the duties assigned to them by the Polling Place Board and may participate in the works thereof, but substitute inspectors may only vote as members thereof when they are substituting officially appointed inspectors.\nThe Chair of the Polling Place Board shall be the inspector of the majority major party.\nHistory —June 1, 2011, No. 78, § 9.021; Nov. 21, 2011, No. 230, § 25.
