Any decision regarding the adjudication of a ballot shall require the unanimous vote of the Polling Place Board inspectors. In any case in which the inspectors cannot agree on the classification or adjudication of a ballot, they shall mark it on the back with the phrase 'unadjudicated', stating in writing below the phrase, their respective opinions and signing said statements, including the political party or independent candidate they represent.\nHistory —June 1, 2011, No. 78, § 10.002.
