In every referendum, consultation, or plebiscite, any political party, or citizen group duly certified by the Commission may advocate for or against any of the options to be voted on in the same and, in the course thereof, may perform any lawful political activity subject to the limitations provided in this subtitle and in the 'Puerto Rico Political Campaign Financing Oversight Act'.\nHistory —June 1, 2011, No. 78, § 11.006.
