Any person who falsely makes, alters, forges, imitates, transfers, or obtains a voter identification card based on false facts or knowing that he/she is not entitled to it, or any person who circulates, publishes, passes, or tries to pass said card for genuine and true knowing that it is false, altered, forged, imitated, or that it contains false information, shall be guilty of a fourth-degree felony and, upon conviction, be punished by imprisonment as provided by §§ 4644 and 4694 of Title 33.\nHistory —June 1, 2011, No. 78, § 12.006.
