Any person who forges a signature in an endorsement petition for primary or for registration of a political party, or includes a voter’s information without his authorization in said petition or in a related report shall be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not less than one (1) year or more than three (3) years, or by a fine not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000), or both penalties, at the discretion of the court.\nHistory —June 1, 2011, No. 78, § 12.010; Dec. 22, 2014, No. 239, § 47.
