Any aspirant, candidate, or independent candidate convicted of any election-related crime shall, in addition to the penalties provided in this subtitle, be subject to disqualification as an aspirant, candidate, or independent candidate by the Court of First Instance, as provided by this subtitle.\nHistory —June 1, 2011, No. 78, § 12.017.
