Any person who, without being entitled to vote, succeeds in doing so or who, although having the right to vote, should do so more than once, shall be guilty of a fourth-degree felony and, upon conviction, shall be punished by imprisonment, pursuant to the provisions of §§ 4644 and 4694 of Title 33.\nHistory —June 1, 2011, No. 78, § 12.023.
