Any person who unlawfully takes any electronic voting or canvassing system or device, or any of its components, software, or password, shall be guilty of a second-degree felony.Any person who manipulates, attempts to manipulate, or destroys any electronic voting or canvassing system or device, or any of its components, software, or system content with the intent to prevent someone from casting his/her vote, change a duly cast vote, intervene to prevent a duly cast vote from being counted, cause an unduly cast vote to be counted, or alter the results of the same, shall be guilty of a third-degree felony.
