The principal registrant of a mark may present a copy of the license granted to use a mark, to be included in the record of the mark at the Puerto Rico Trademark Office.The owner of a lien or a mark may present a copy attesting to such lien at the Puerto Rico Trademark Office, to be included in the record of such mark.
