Every hen’s egg in its shell not produced in Puerto Rico which lacks the labeling required in this chapter shall not be permitted to be marketed in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and shall be reshipped under the supervision of the Secretary of Agriculture within a term of not more than 30 days.
