For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meaning stated below:(a) Food containing hydrogenated vegetable oil. — Is the food labeled, because of their content of hydrogenated vegetable oil. It does not include food whose content of hydrogenated vegetable oil is lower than 0.5 grams per serving, according to the label of the manufacturer.(b) Establishments engaged in the sale of food. — Includes restaurants, cafeterias, fast-food restaurants, mobile food units or any other business devoted to the selling of food for consumption.(c) Fast food establishments. — Those establishments that sell, serve, and instantly dispense prepared food and have a limited menu.(d) Traditional Puerto Rican cuisine businesses. — Any establishment, whether or not it is open to the public, nonprofit or for profit, in which traditional or autochthonous Puerto Rican food is served or sold.
