Whenever a corporation or legal entity violates any provision of this chapter, the individual directors, officers, trustees, managers, or agents of said corporation or legal entity who shall have authorized, ordered or committed the acts constituting such violation, shall also be subject, personally, to the penalties specified by this chapter for such violation, but in such case, although the imprisonment penalty indicated shall be applicable, the fine shall not be less than two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) nor more than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).
