Every person shall have the right to institute proceedings for injunctions before the Court of First Instance to prevent losses or damages to his business or property by any other person, by reason of acts or intended acts, forbidden or declared to be unlawful by this chapter.Sections 259 and 261 and subsection (f) of § 263 of this title are hereby excluded from the provisions of this section.This order for 'injunction' shall be issued in accordance with Rule 57 of the Rules of Civil Procedure of 1958, which governs these procedures.
