At the request of the Secretary of Justice, the Court of First Instance shall have authority to order any person, following the procedure prescribed for the issuance of the writ of mandamus, to comply with any act required by any regulation of the Office of Monopolistic Affairs or with any order issued in accordance with the provisions of said regulations or the provisions of this chapter.
