The citizens appointed by the Governor as members of the Special Board created by § 259 of this title, shall receive twenty-five dollars ($25) as per diem for each day they attend the meetings of the Special Board. Payments by reason of said per diems shall in the aggregate never exceed one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) a year per person. History —May 6, 1966, No. 6, p. 122, § 1.
