Upon agreement with the respective storers of agricultural products in bonded warehouses operated by the Secretary of Agriculture in accordance with the provisions of § 343 of this title, agricultural products may be transferred from one bonded warehouse of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to another, without need of issuing new warehouse receipts, the receipt to show the depositor’s authorization.
