The Commissioner may prescribe by regulations a Code of Ethics which shall apply to officers, members of a board of directors and advisory boards, and investment advisers of registered investment companies. The boards of directors of the registered investment companies may, in turn, adopt Code of Ethics that shall be binding for their members, officers, employees, and contractors.
