It shall be the innkeeper’s responsibility to honor every reservation confirmed by means of a deposit. If the innkeeper overbooks, it shall be his responsibility to find a room or rooms for the guest in accordance with his reservation, of the same or a better category than that reserved by means of a deposit, and shall also provide for the guest’s transfer to said room.
