(1) Each retail installment contract shall be in writing, shall contain the entire agreement of the parties, and shall be signed by both the buyer and the seller.(2) The printed portion of the contract shall be in at least eight-point type.(3) Each retail installment sales contract shall be provided in the Spanish or English language, at the purchaser’s option.
