Prior to opening a revolving account plan, the issuer of a credit card must disclose in the monthly statements of account and in every event requiring disclosure, any information required by the federal law known as the 'Truth in Lending Act' (15 U.S.C.A. § 1601 et seq.) and by Regulation Z, adopted thereunder, as amended from time to time.
