In order to foster uniform construction and administration of this chapter and attain the effective regulation and supervision of the securities industry, the Commissioner may cooperate with other State or Federal securities agencies of the United States, Canada, Mexico, or of any other country, with any self-regulated securities organization, the Securities Investors Protection Corporation, any national or international securities organization, and with any government agency, whether state, federal, local or from a foreign country, engaged in the protection of public safety and law enforcement.
