After January 1, 1968, no person, firm or corporation may establish, operate or maintain a junkyard without holding a license issued to him for the purpose by the Secretary, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. History —June 27, 1966, No. 125, p. 390, § 3, eff. July 1, 1966.
