The term 'collecting agency' shall not include those persons whose collecting activities are limited and are directly connected with the operation of a business, or profession other than a collecting agency, such as lawyers, banks, realtors, public officials or persons acting under the order of a court, construction and finance companies and savings and loan associations, finance and loan companies or insurance companies.
