Any person who publishes or causes to be published in Puerto Rico, in any newspaper, or over the radio or by television, or otherwise, any false, exaggerated or deceitful information with the purpose of inducing any person to buy or acquire any right in realties located outside of Puerto Rico, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty prescribed in § 102 of this title.
