Any person who violates the provisions of §§ 113—113d of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment in jail not to exceed six (6) months, or both penalties in the discretion of the court.
