Any person who has been forced to acquire a contract or insurance service as a condition for the sale of the goods or domestic appliances or who has been denied the sale for not having acquired a contract or service insurance, or has otherwise been affected by any act in violation of the provisions of §§ 113—113d of this title, may file a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs. The Department shall investigate the complaint and shall take the corrective action as may proceed pursuant to the faculties granted in §§ 1001—1015 of Title 23.
