The term 'paint' within the meaning of §§ 164—166 of this title shall include all materials which are designated for application to the surface of wood, metal, concrete, cement or plaster to produce an ornamental or protective coating. History —Mar. 7, 1912, No. 36, p. 70, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1913.
