Any person, firm or corporation who shall knowingly violate the provisions of §§ 164—166 of this title, shall be liable to a fine of from one ($1) to fifty dollars ($50) for the first offense and of from fifty ($50) to one hundred dollars ($100) for each subsequent violation.
