In the minute book to be kept by each partnership having more than one managing partner, there shall be entered verbatim all such resolutions as may be adopted at meetings of managing partners or administrators, the date of each resolution to be stated, as well as the names of those present at such meeting; the vote cast, and all such other matters as may lead to an exact knowledge of the decisions arrived at.
