The Board of Directors shall meet after exchange hours, and in view of such transactions in public securities as may be shown by the memorandum delivered by brokers, as well as of the reports of sales and other transactions intervened in by said brokers, it shall spread the list of quotations in the minutes and forward a certified copy of such list to the Mercantile Registry.\nHistory —Commerce Code, 1932, § 55.
