Brokers shall keep a register pursuant to the provisions of § 1074 of this title wherein they shall enter separately and daily, and in the order in which they take place, all transactions in which they intervene. They may keep other books under the same formalities.\nThe books and documents of brokers shall be admitted as evidence at trials, in the same manner as provided for the books of merchants in § 1086 of this title.\nHistory —Commerce Code, 1932, § 63.
