In addition to the obligations common to all commercial agents as enumerated in §§ 1182, 1183 and 1184 of this title, stock brokers shall be civilly liable for such industrial or commercial titles or securities as they may sell after a denunciation of the illegal origin of said securities is made public by the Board of Directors of the exchange.\nHistory —Commerce Code, 1932, § 71.
