In general copartnerships all the partners, be they managing partners or not, have a right to examine the condition of the administration and of the bookkeeping and to make the objections which they may consider proper, in accordance with the agreements contained in the articles of copartnership or in the general provision of law.\nHistory —Commerce Code, 1932, § 110.
