Should the articles of copartnership not state the portion of the profits to be received by each partner, said profits shall be divided pro-rata, in accordance with the interest each one has in the copartnership, partners who have not contributed any capital, but giving their services, receiving in the distribution the same amount as the partner who has contributed the smallest amount of capital.\nHistory —Commerce Code, 1932, § 117.
