Under the penalty of removal, the liquidators shall:\n(1) Draw up and communicate to the members, within the period of twenty days, an inventory of the common property, with a balance of the association in liquidation, according to its books.\n(2) Communicate in the same manner to the members every month the condition of the liquidation.\nHistory —Commerce Code, 1932, § 149.
