At the conclusion of the liquidation and when the time has come to make the division of the common funds, according to the classification made by the liquidators or by the meeting of members, which any of them can request to be held for this purpose, the liquidators shall make the division within the period decided upon at the meeting.\nHistory —Commerce Code, 1932, § 151.
