In order that a deposit may be considered commercial, it is necessary:\n(1) That the depositor, at least, be a merchant.\n(2) That the wares deposited be commercial objects.\n(3) That the deposit constitute in itself a commercial transaction, or be made by reason of commercial transactions.\nHistory —Commerce Code, 1932, § 221.
